Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled AI Solutions Lead to spearhead the design, development, and implementation of AI-based solutions, including chatbots and large language models. The ideal candidate will have 5-7 years of experience in AI and machine learning, with a focus on developing recommendation systems and personalization. This role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams, overseeing the AI project lifecycle, and mentoring junior developers and data scientists.

 

Key Responsibilities:

 

1. Lead the design, development, and implementation of AI-based solutions, including chatbots and large language models.


2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify AI opportunities and integrate AI solutions into various products and services.


3. Oversee the entire AI project lifecycle, from initial concept to deployment and maintenance.


4. Develop and optimize machine learning algorithms and models to enhance the performance and capabilities of AI systems.


5. Stay updated with the latest advancements in AI and machine learning technologies and incorporate them into the organization’s AI strategy.


6. Mentor and guide junior AI developers and data scientists, fostering a culture of continuous learning and innovation.


7. Ensure the scalability, reliability, and security of AI systems.


8. Conduct thorough testing and validation of AI models to ensure accuracy and effectiveness.


9. Communicate AI strategies, progress, and results to stakeholders and senior management.

 

Mandatory Requirements:

1. 5-7 years of experience in AI and machine learning, with a strong focus on developing chatbots and building large language models.
   


2. Strong experience with recommendation systems and personalization.


3. Proven experience with popular AI frameworks and libraries such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, huggingface, transformers, and Keras.
   


4. Good grasp of prompt engineering techniques.
   


5. Strong programming skills in languages such as Python, or Java.


6. In-depth knowledge of natural language processing (NLP) techniques and technologies.


7. Experience with data preprocessing, feature engineering, and model evaluation.
   


8. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.


9. Excellent communication and leadership skills.


10. Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS for deploying AI models.


11. Flexibility to work and collaborate with global teams during EST and PST time zones.

 

Optional Requirements:

1. Knowledge of big data technologies like Hadoop, Spark, or Kafka.


2. Familiarity with training open-source LLMs with LoRA etc
   


3. Previous experience in a lead or managerial role.


4. Publications or contributions to AI research.
