Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Data Science Manager to lead our efforts in developing cutting-edge AI solutions for our AdTech/MarTech ecosystem. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in both classical machine learning and generative AI, with hands-on experience in building solutions that drive campaign and platform performance.

Job Responsibilities

1. AI Solution Development:

• Play a key role in developing and implementing cutting-edge AI solutions that drive campaign and platform performance


• Design, develop, and implement AI algorithms for real-time bidding, ad targeting, and campaign optimization


• Build and maintain machine learning models to automate campaign decision-making and maximize advertiser ROI


• Continuously evaluate and improve the effectiveness of AI models through data analysis and experimentation


• 2. Generative AI Leadership:


• Lead our Generative AI efforts, disrupting the AdTech ecosystem with LLM agents driving campaign decisions


• Build applications with LLMs (OpenAI GPT, Claude) and leverage LLM orchestration frameworks like Langchain and Semantic Kernel


• Create AI agents, both conversational and task-oriented, to enhance our platform's capabilities


• Continuously research advancements in the GenAI field and implement new techniques to stay at the forefront of innovation

3. Data Analysis and Insights:

• Analyze massive datasets to identify trends, user behavior patterns, and build targeting solutions on top of Rebid's CDP


• Collaborate with our tech team (engineers and product managers) to integrate AI solutions into Rebid's CDP and ADP


• Provide data-driven insights and recommendations to optimize campaign performance and drive business growth

4. MLOps and LLMOps:

• Ensure the smooth deployment, monitoring, and maintenance of machine learning models and LLM-based solutions


• Collaborate with the engineering team to implement best practices for model versioning, testing, and deployment


• Optimize the performance and scalability of AI solutions to handle high- volume data processing and real-time inference

Job Requirements

1. At least 3-4 years of experience in data science, with a focus on AdTech/MarTech ecosystem


2. Proven experience in designing and implementing classical ML solutions specific to AdTech/MarTech


3. At least 1 year of hands-on experience working with GenAI APIs


4. Masters/PhD in Computer Science, Statistics, or a related field (or equivalent experience)


5. Strong understanding of statistical analysis and data modeling techniques


6. Excellent programming skills in Python


7. Hands-on experience with MLOps and LLMOps


8. Familiarity with creating AI agents, both conversational and task-oriented


9. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think creatively


10. Excellent communication and collaboration skills
