We are looking for a skilled Lead Developer with expertise in Golang and TypeScript to lead our development team in creating high-quality, scalable software solutions. Job Responsibilities

- Lead and mentor a team of developers, providing guidance and support to ensure the successful delivery of projects.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project requirements, timelines, and deliverables.
- Design and develop robust, scalable, and efficient software solutions using Golang and TypeScript.
- Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members to maintain code quality and best practices.
- Architect and implement RESTful APIs for seamless integration with other systems and services.
- Troubleshoot and debug issues, identify bottlenecks, and propose solutions to enhance performance and reliability.
- Stay updated on emerging technologies and trends in software development, and incorporate them into our development process when appropriate.
- Continuously optimize and refactor existing codebase to improve maintainability, scalability, and efficiency.
Job Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in software development, with a focus on Golang and TypeScript.
- Proven experience leading and mentoring a team of developers.
- Strong proficiency in Golang, including experience with concurrency, microservices architecture, and performance optimization.
- Solid understanding of TypeScript and its ecosystem.
