Summary: We are looking for a Senior AI Engineer, a seasoned professional with over 7+ years of experience in AI/ML engineering. The role primarily focuses on designing, developing, and deploying AI solutions to extract insights from large datasets. Strong Python coding skills, expertise in AI/ML libraries, and proficiency with cloud platforms (Microsoft Azure, AWS or GCP) are essential. The candidate should possess hands-on experience in data processing, including data cleaning, preprocessing, and feature engineering. Additionally, expertise in NLP techniques, large language models, and SQL/NoSQL databases is required.The candidate is expected to comply with the company's policies and procedures.

 

Must-have Skills:

• Relevant Experience: 7+ years in AI/ML engineering


• Strong Python Coding Skills: Proficient in Python, with a focus on AI/ML libraries (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn)


• Experience with Data Processing: Hands-on experience with Databricks related to data cleaning, preprocessing, and feature engineering


• Cloud Platforms: Must have experience with Microsoft Azure AI


• 
  Machine Learning Models: Experience in training, fine-tuning, and deploying machine learning models


• Natural Language Processing (NLP): Expertise in NLP techniques and libraries (e.g., NLTK, SpaCy, transformers)


• Large Language Models (LLMs): Familiarity with integrating and fine-tuning LLMs


• SQL/NoSQL Databases: Strong experience with databases and data retrieval


• Data Visualization: Ability to create meaningful visualizations to communicate insights (e.g., using tools like Power BI, Tableau, Matplotlib, Seaborn)


• Problem-solving Skills: Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities


• Communication Skills: Strong written and verbal communication skills to convey technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders

Good-to-have Skills:

• Vector Databases: Experience working with vector databases for semantic search and similarity matching


• Containerization: Experience with containerization technologies like Docker and Kubernetes


• Big Data Tools: Familiarity with big data processing frameworks (e.g., Apache Spark, Hadoop)


• AI Ethics and Fairness: Understanding of ethical considerations and best practices in AI

Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and deploy AI solutions to extract insights from large datasets


• Work with stakeholders to identify key business problems and determine how AI can address them


• Implement and optimize machine learning models and algorithms


• Collaborate with data engineers to ensure data pipelines are robust and scalable


• Create dashboards and reports to communicate findings to business stakeholders


• Stay up-to-date with the latest AI trends and technologies to continually enhance solution offerings

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in IT, Computer Science or related field


• Certifications: Relevant certifications in AI/ML or cloud computing


• Experience in a domain-specific AI application (Restaurant or Payment or Loyalty or Surveys)
