Sr. Solidity Developer
Job Description
As a Senior Solidity Developer at Filament Finance, you will play a pivotal role in the development and implementation of blockchain solutions. Leveraging your expertise in Solidity, Ethereum, and blockchain technology, you will contribute to the design, development, testing, and deployment of smart contracts and decentralized applications (dApps). You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to architect and build scalable, secure, and efficient solutions that drive the future of decentralized finance (DeFi).
Job Responsibilities
. Design, develop, and deploy smart contracts and decentralized applications (dApps) on the Ethereum blockchain.
2. Collaborate with the product management and engineering teams to define technical requirements and deliver high-quality solutions.
3. Conduct code reviews, ensure code quality, and maintain documentation for smart contracts and dApps.
4. Implement security best practices and identify vulnerabilities to ensure the integrity and robustness of the blockchain solutions.
5. Stay up-to-date with the latest developments in blockchain technology, Solidity, and Ethereum ecosystem, and contribute to the continuous improvement of our technology stack.
6. Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers, fostering a culture of learning and innovation within the team.
Job Requirements
1. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
2. 3+ years of professional experience in software development, with a focus on blockchain technology and the Ethereum ecosystem.
3. Proficiency in Solidity programming language and experience with smart contract development.
4. Strong understanding of blockchain concepts, decentralized applications (dApps), and Ethereum Virtual Machine (EVM).
5. Experience with Ethereum tooling (Truffle, Remix, etc.), web3.js, and Ethereum Improvement Proposals (EIPs).
6. Familiarity with security best practices for smart contract development and auditing tools.
7. Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
8. Strong communication skills and ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.
